All of WSSI's projects involve some form of consultation with or approval from regulatory agencies, many requiring multiple approvals at the local, state, and federal levels. In this process, WSSI has gained a reputation among agency representatives for its high levels of technical training and expertise, knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, conformance with agency requirements and conditions, professionalism, and objectivity. Our principal staff are continuously at the forefront of the evolution of wetlands and water quality regulations and compliance requirements by their active participation and leadership roles in legislative and regulatory development at the local, state, and national levels.
